Monday & Thursday 4:30 – 6pm

St Peter’s Church Gloucester GL2 7LJ Monday - High intensity circuit training muscular strength and endurance stretching and relaxation. 15 min to cool down at the end. FORMAL STRUCTURE Thursday – A gym like class with a more informal feel to the class. Provides an opportunity for a personal training element and to develop autonomy in one's training. Christchurch Hall

Tuesday 4:15 – 5:15pm

Malvern Road Cheltenham GL50 7JH A chair based class with progressive strength training. Differentiated to meet the needs of various level of fitness. Balance and coordination exercises incorporated throughout providing a context for strength training.  FORMAL STRUCTURE

Cornerstone

Tuesday 7 - 8pm & Thursday 2 - 3:30pm

The Cornerstone Centre, 1 Severn Road, Cheltenham GL52 5QA Tuesday  7 - 8pm Aerobics with stretching and relaxation. Aerobics class chair based to standing. A movement to music, class suitable for all levels. Low to no impact using wrist weights to provide intensity. Stretching and relaxation is chair based and provides participants with an opportunity to breath mindfully and have full body stretch. It is the same routine each week giving students an opportunity to learn a routine they can do on their own accompanied by relaxing music. Wednesday 6.40 – 7.40pm & Friday 10 -11am

113 Clyde Crescent, Cheltenham, GL52 5QJ Aerobics class chair based to standing. A movement to music, class suitable for all levels low to no impact using wrist weights to provide intensity. Stretching and relaxation is chair based and provides participants with an opportunity to breath mindfully and have full body stretch. It is the same routine each week giving students an opportunity to learn a routine they can do on their own accompanied by relaxing music. Strength and balance. A mix of formal and informal classes giving students the opportunity to fully develop their strength, balance and coordination potential.
